Purchased a brand new Nissan Murano late fall 2016. It has had a mildew smell coming from the vents summer 2017. Took a year of complaining about it at service visits and contacting someone higher than service manager to get them to look into it. They kept it a few days to do a deodorization process and said they didn't smell it anymore. The smell was still there the next morning. I called that day, didn't hear back from anyone. I purchased my Rogue last fall from Anthony and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about everyone at St. Charles Nissan. This was the quickest and easiest purchase I have ever had. Now when I take it in for routine service, I can't say enough good things about the Service Department. I spoke to Anna on the phone and Clint when I brought my car in .... they are both fantastic! I had made a 530pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Knowing fully well that it would probably take an hour . I did not leave untill 730. 2 hrs to get something done that i could have gotten done at Jiffy Lube in about 30minutes. I watched the guy that was servicing my car and hs was just talking to everyone and screwing around while i waited 2 hrs. I recently bought a used vehicle from St. Charles Nissan. The sales experience was flawless and I was very pleased with the price and service. As to be expected, there have been a few problems with the vehicle. The service department has been wonderful in addressing all of my maintenance and repair needs.
