Received a call over a month ago that my recall on 2 cars were ready for an appointment to b made and fixed . Made an appointment for today a month ago on internet.. Brought car in asked me what I needed ..why did I book an appointment on internet if no one knows why I'm here.. Seems like a waste of time.. I'm here for nothing..they said we won't have part till spring.. Does no one here read the internet appointment? Could of called and said its not in yet..
I recently bought my 2017 Nissan Rouge from Paul. He was very helpful. He listened to what was important to me in my new car, and showed me different options within my budget. He wasn't pushy or trying to get a sale. Because of this I decided to not continue my car search. I was very pleased that he respected my budget and what type of car I could afford.
