Went in for normal service and was instantly greeted by Clint Johnson in the service bay. Tablet in hand, checking our Rogue in for a vehicle check prior to taking a long awaited family trip. Found everything was good except for the tires. He assisted me with several options for replacement. Replaced all 4 and couldn’t be happier. Because of Clint’s attention to detail and the excellent work performed by the crew in the St. Charles Nissan garage, my family and I will have safe travels. We went there 2 Saturdays ago to look at new Titans, and not one salesman came up to us, including the guy on the golfcart checking his facebook. Went inside and walked around for 20 minutes looking at new cars, once again, not one person came up and acknowleged us. Went back today to get a part for the wife's Armada, was basically told I didn't know what I was talking about bye Korey in parts, even after I showed him the picture that I took, of the part I needed. Off to Bommarito in Hazelwood.

I had a wonderful experience at St. Charles Nissan! I first met with Matt Sanders on Friday. Finally went back in today and bought my car! Matt was great to work with! So much that I sent my dad to him, who also bought a brand new Nissan! I was a first time buyer and Matt was great at helping me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I love my new Rogue and couldn’t be happier with my experience here! I’ll definitely be back when the time comes again.

Bought a new Frontier this weekend from Matt Sanders. He was so nice, helpful, NOT pushy, really was interested in our needs, interests, vehicle usage, etc., so he could help us get what we needed, didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need. Then, he made sure we understood our new vehicle before we left. THANKS, Matt, for a pleasant buying experience!
