Just pulled off the lot in my tuff new Maxima thanks to Perry and the incredible team. Walked into the parts depart with a confirmation email for a parts order I placed on line. The incompetent counter person could not even find the confirmation number in his computer. Not only that but also asked me if I knew the part numbers!! After a frustrating 30 minutes of his incompetence, I walked out without the needed parts. This was my third and LAST attempt to buy parts from this dealership.
My husband and I had the best experience! We bought two new cars the same day! They had the best price, they were so nice and very helpful! Joseph Henry was our salesman and he is the best! Highly recommend!
