This is the best place to purchase and have your vehicle serviced. I live in North County and pass up Bommarito Nissan every time. The people are friendly, courteous, polite, and bend over backwards. When I purchase again it will only be from St Charles Nissan.

I bought my first brand new car through St. Charles Nissan about 8 months ago and have been extremely satisfied with not only my car, but the customer service I have received as well. My car has had 2 oil changes since I bought it and each time I've brought it up for service, all of the employees have been very helpful, genuine, and catered to all of my questions and needs. If you're looking for a dealership with good quality cars and great, dedicated employees, this is the location for you!

They really care about the customers. Its not just about the sale like at other places!
The salesmen are great, everything else about them is awful! Their service center employees are ignorant and rude and shouldn't be allowed to even work on toy cars! They have been nothing but a headache for over a year now. They were out joy riding in my car when it's supposed to be in the shop being fixed, they were adding as many miles as possible to get me out of warranty. A bunch of crooks! We just got a lawyer and are starting legal proceedings against them. Avoid like the plague!

I made an appointment for 5000 miles service online thru their website. I had it at 5:00PM July 3, I got there 10 minutes ahead of time and they refused to service my vehicle and told me it is already late in the day and they started working at 7 in the morning and just told me that their appointment system is so f*cked up and not rely on it anymore.
