There seems to be some miscommunication between the nissan and hyundai stores. I went to Nissan one night and test drove a car, wanted to buy it the next day and they were holding that key at the Nissan store, but someone from the Hyundai store took the backup key because someone inquired about that car, and sold it to someone else earlier that morning even though the person at Nissan was holding the main key.
Sold an overpriced piece of junk to a friend. The transmission fell out. Hasn't even been plated yet. They took advantage of a naive young lady. This was her first car buying experience. Avoid at all costs.
Purchased a pre-owned car there recently. There were a few glitches, but our salesman, Paul Hinton , provided excellent customer service through it all. Well done, Paul! We appreciate your effort.

Was lied to about what car we buying . Came up to purchase a car and was shown what car they wrote up for us . Horrible customer service and the only thing their good at is !!!ole bait and switch

I would like congratulate Rick at St. Charles Nissan for the most professional communications, outstanding customer service and the cleanest CPO vehicle I have purchased in years. We developed our relationship over the phone, then text and fedx'd all the documents so when I brought my second Murano in from out of state, I was in the dealership less than 1 hour. We've come here 3 differnet times to test drive cars and every time no one came out to help us. Will never be back

I have been doing business with them since 2009.. I'm on my 3rd lease...and I love everyone there. When I take my car for service, everyone is always so nice and informative...
