Poor customer service. Deceitful practices and unethical. Lie about rate and terms and not upfront about the process. Would not recommend this place to anybody.
we have never had to pay more than $99 for a diagnostic fee on any of our other newer vehicles that are out of warranty this dealership charges $150 Price gouging at it’s finest Definitely go to Bommarito Nissan much better customer service

reduce your 8+ hours to close a simple deal; allow better financing versus sub prime levels; when selling a hitch assembly include the ball or at least transfer the buyers ball; Supply inspections!!!
Buying a car is a painful, stressful process but these guys made it less so. I was getting the run around/pricing games from other dealers but these guys were straight up with me a we are now enjoying our new Murano.
