I serviced my Nissan at Nissan because I took my car to local places and made repairs one at a time. If I had known the extensive repairs it needed I would not have even repaired to begin with. So I towed it to Nissan knowing the experience I had with Wake Forest Nissan always telling me what needs attention now, a little later or in the future. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at St. Charles Nissan. I recently got my Nissan Sentra serviced before heading back to college, and everything was done super quick and I was always informed on the status of my vehicle. Rob was a amazing service advisor and made sure all my needs were met, no hesitation! This Nissan location is outstanding and I am happy with such great service.

We have bought our last 4 vehicles from St. Charles Nissan. The reason is because of the terrific service we received each time. This week my Altima just stopped in the middle of Highway K. We had it towed to St. Charles Nissan and were received as if we had a scheduled appointment. Al Romero was so helpful and had a technician look at my car immediately. This really assured me I was in the right hands. Very satisfied customer and will be back!
