I had a terrible experience at this hospital I never once canceled my children's appointments but yet somehow my son's appointment got booked over and there was nothing that could be done about this keep in mind my son's appointment had been rescheduled four times already due to the covid-19 which I was more than understanding about this was a mistake made on the receptionist's page not mine so I'm going to be switching hospitals I would never take my children or myself to this Hospital even if I was dying
RecommendedHad surgery here yesterday and everyone was so nice and welcoming. It was terrifying to do surgery alone due to the pandemic but they walked me through everything and helped me along the way. RN Melanie and pacu nurse Elyse were both phenomenal.

RecommendedI really was grateful for the care I received at my local SSM clinic in Fulton, Mo., my Dr. literally saved my life & I'm not exaggerating. Now our clinic is closed & my Dr. retired, so I'm feeling let down. I had notice, a month ahead, that it'd be closing, but now I have to decide which clinic to go to & it's so upsetting.
