My mom has been in this hospital since Sunday evening for suspicion of a stroke. If not it’s some other type of brain injury. And yet, she has still not had the MRI ordered Sunday Evening. I guess her brain issue isn’t as important as the outpatient MRI’s that they can bill for more money. I think maybe I should contact our attorney and put him on notice! This place was a joke for my wife and I. She has cancer and we had to come from western Oklahoma an hour and a half for treatment. They told us one thing, then changed the plan and had me sitting at the doorway sweating like crazy waiting for them to allow me to take drop off her lunch and bag while she was getting treatment done. That was the second time they said one thing and did another. I took down a previous post because of covid 19 but I can't forget or forgive what these people did to me. I came in suicidal and having attempted an overdose. I did not take an overdose of the medication. They left in the room for hours by myself without treatment. They would not let me boyfriend see me and refused to call the police or let me use a phone to do so. They were mean. Rude. Unprofessional. What if I am a rape victim? RecommendedI was so pleased with the experience with Dr. Hartung and his nurse (name escapes me! :( ) They both were so kind (as was everyone from the minute we walked in). They took us right back after we came in to have my five year old daughter seen for stitches on her chin. She was scared, but they helped put her at ease and Dr. Hartung even made her laugh! He was so professional and patient, and did a wonderful job explaining everything to us and stitching her up! Thank you for everything, Agnesian!
ER has horrible staff. Take your elderly loved one somewhere else. There are much better options available.
