I tested positive for Covid last Thursday November 12 at my pcp. I came into SSM main campus ER on November 19 around 1630 because I was feeling worse; have constant headache and constant nausea. The triage nurse iris ans my first RN Jose were awesome and compassionate. However come shift change my new nurse I had RN Lacy was absolutely horrible. RecommendedI went in for my induction on Nov 3 and I can not express how wonderful the doctors, nurses and staff were. Both me and my husband were treated respect and love. We felt like we were family. The labor and delivery nurses and doctors were very attentive to my little one and me. they told me exactly what was going to happen before it did and gave me the options of different procedures. I was very well informed.

RecommendedThe gentleman working the front desk tonight 11-10-20 at the Midwest city location has been wonderful! Very helpful and friendly. He has such a calm manner and wants to help anyway he can. I don't know his name but he should definitely get a raise and a big thank you!

You really should have the TV’s in the ER checked ASAP! What’s the point if they have NO SOUND at all? Yes, I had it turned all the way up.

RecommendedMy nurse has taken such god care of me while I stayed here for 3 to 4 hours he is a hero in my eyes. He made me feel better in the few hours I been here. I would give him the hero of the year if there was one. I give st Joe west 10 out of 10 star rating. The er staff are amazing they are truly heroes
I recently had an absolutely terrible experience-complete with violence from an employee, harassment, and discrimination! After attempting to make contact with the appropriate parties to make them aware of my horrible experience, and allow an opportunity to make things “right,” I have gotten NO WHERE. No returned calls.
