RecommendedMy 21 y/o daughter was bought by ambulance from a different hospital, the OHP said there was no way she could survive! That was Wednesday, today is Saturday and my baby is home where she belongs! I am so grateful for her ICU nursers they were all wonderful!! Oh PS if anyone knows PERRY the night nurse on floor 2 (rooms 2003 to be exact) my daughter totally love him so much said he was the BEST.

Incompetent staff!!! We have been going back and forth with a bill for months now. They made an error in billing and instead of honoring the agreement that we have documentation of, they sent the bill to collections. I will never go through SSM again!!
horrible er...docs dont care, cant perform necessary test due to non working hours( sorry my emergency didnt fall between 6am and 4pm), wasnt told results of test that were done, my nurse said goodbye to me before i even knew nor had discharge papers(i was just going to the bathroom). wait 4 hours as i bleed in the er to see the doc for literally less than 3mins, press on my belly and then coming out of the bathroom he threw me a thumbs up and said you're good to go. seriously. was told i had abnormal bleeding and to call do... read more
RecommendedI just has an amazing experience at the Labor and Delivery department! Our birth plan didn't get to happen the way we hoped, but the staff always made sure that we understood what was going on and made us feel comfortable at every turn. so we just wanted to say a great big thank you for taking a scary situation and helping our son make a great entrance!

SLU has employees stealing from the dead and injured. My sons cell phone was stolen by security dept at SLU on 7/27/2020. A friend of mine her dad has his wedding ring stolen off his dead body when he died there. Another family their mother was hit by a truck and they stole her 7 diamond earrings off her while critically injured. I went to SSM in Mustang. The doctor was so condescending and rude. My dr is through SSM , Ill be finding a new dr as well. I wont go back to any SSM facilities.

20 week ultrasound....which now I can't be at because they changed their policy without actually telling anyone. Aren't father's already marginalized enough? Now make them even less important by keeping them out of the whole process. And telling you understand, when you clearly don't. And when I point out that you don't really understand, telling me, we are done talking and walking away tells me how little you actually understand... absolutely none.
