I just brought my 88-year-old mother, who has dementia COPD congestive heart failure severe neuropathy, Infor a pulmonary visit and I was told I needed to either wait outside or in my car.
RecommendedI just spent several days at St.Marys and I was blown away by Docs, Nurses, and CNA'S. I was brought in by ambulance, very sick and no idea why, and the people in the ER got right to stabilizing me and diagnosing the issue. Once I was admitted and sent to the floor, I found all of the nurses and CNA's to be outstanding and always available. I can't recommend St. Marys enough!

If you plan on going to see any of the doctors or hospitals within the Saint Anthony or SSM network I would highly advise you to have extra patience and plan on problems arising that you just have to except because their staff are very unprofessional. I have definitely had some issues that I did not appreciate from some of their staff prior to Covid times but even now after Covid has already allowed us to have a regular appointments and to move around with masks and still get work done I am finding that the staff at SSM can ... read more

My boyfriend was sent there by ambulance from the dells (mind you we are from a different city, so I got woken up at 3am to rush to that hospital) , all they did was stitch his forehead & got sent home even though he had more then a few hits to his head. which was a lot of severe head trauma. SSM health St.Clare NEVER did a CT scan or any type of double checking from a head injury to make sure he was really OKAY . One of their employees was sick with Covid and treated Poorly and they threatened to fire the employee for speaking out about it that's not right
I'm being sent to collections in November. I've been asking for my self pay discount to be applied since July. I've called 4 times at least. It took nearly 3 months to mail me a self pay affidavit that not one representative ever mentioned to me and they don't expect this to be resolved until October at the earliest. This is for a new patient level 4 visit. It really doesn't get much simpler than that. Mercy got my bill right the first time, not one call required. That's the standard I'm used to. SSM is a complete joke.
