The emergency room is a joke i sat in. waiting room 4 1/2 hrs having many seizures and did nothing. My son went up to nurse's station many times asking for a pillow n help to make me safe and comfortable. They was very rude and unprofessional. I called and talked to the administrator many times and she has not called me back or made anything right sounds like a malpractice suit to me.

My mother was admitted today, she is 80 years old. She was in the emergency room at 7:00am and then admitted to a room. As of 7:30pm she still had not received any food! The nurse told me she was sorry and would go to the cafeteria herself to get it. It was 8:30 when she finally got something to eat! That is not how a patient should be taken care of! How would Ellis Hawkins feel if his mother was treated this way?
RecommendedMy brother was taken to the ER this past Wednesday morning. Because of Covid-19, he had to go alone. The staff went above and beyond, to keep us informed. Thank you to all the team who cared for him. You are all greatly appreciated. All staff - doctors and nurses, and also ALL the support staff. His positive outcome would not have been obtained without the efforts of ALL of you. So thank you!
Billing department is a joke. They have messed up the paperwork every time I have gone...
