My daughter called because she was running a fever and had chills, she was told to come in to ER. When she showed up, they told her she shouldn't have come in and told her she was lying about being told that. She was then scolded for going in and told that she "probably has contracted COVID now" because she walked in the ER (where she was TOLD to go). How incredibly unprofessional and insensitive. RecommendedI had two major surgeries there in the last 7 months. Both visits were great( as far as hospital stays go). Everyone was very friendly from check in, to housekeeping. Nurses and doctors. And very thorough with explanations on questions and concerns. And kept my family informed and comfortable during my surgery. I highly recommend SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital- Janesville👏👏👏
Sad when the patient care due to control pain due to a compressed nerve in back. 6 days, and countless trips to ER, and my primary care physician, who called and spoke with hospitalitst doctor, and my primary couldn't convince them to admit for pain control, and a much needed MRI, because of fear of this covid 19. after all of the lack of care at this point I am switching all of my providers, and will absolutely not have any affiliation at all with SSM health!!!!!
ER is a joke. Keep driving. Waited 3 hours to be seen with severe chest pain and heart flopping around in my chest. Had to do vitals twice. Was referred here by Total Access. Had records of everything already done and they had called ahead and told them what I needed. They didn’t look at what I had with me just redid EKG and blood work already done. The icu patients here are cared for by angels. To Jaime, Elle, Trina, Maggie and the rest of the wonderful staff I say thank you. You all literally gave my dad the time he needed to be at peace with his passing. You will never be forgotten. We will forever think of you all as family. ive gone twice now for knee pains that are unbearable. both times the doctors just seemed to rush me out with no real help and without even looking at it. its frustrating being in constant awful pain just to be told 'looks fine from here' never ever would i send someone here
Recommendedi love their care, they totally treat you like you are the only one there. been in and out so much, i highly recommend them..
