I am continually unimpressed. Family members bad experiences...Mother left in her bed for 45 min after continually pushing the button for the nurse and she had to piss the bed. ER doctor for another friend never looked at his incoming meds on the counter and assumed it was something else. My doctors office says they'll call back and after two days they didn't. Getting ready to file a lawsuit against St. Joseph hospital. since they feel my health is not a priority.
I went to an “urgent care” they bill it as an emergency room visit. I have been dealing with this since October of last year. Do not use SSM or you will have the same outcome. I will never set foot in another SSM healthcare facility for the rest of my life and will advise anyone who will listen to do the same or you will be dealing with it 6 months later. I was supposed to be charged a $25 copay and was charged $250 because they bill like you went to an emergency room. I went to an office across from Walmart in a strip mall.... read more
