Excellent firm providing very high standard construction with good and timely communication. The work they carried out was started and completed on time and at all times the site was kept tidy. They provided an excellent stone finish to the work which matched very well with the house. I would highly recommend them.

We’ve recently had a single story extension built by the team at SSH. The 1st time we’ve had a construction job of this scale but from the start and the quotation from Mike to the finish the support and experience has been 1st class. On time and budget and impressed how they co-ordinate completion across all tradesman. Would be happy to use again and recommend to anybody considering starting a building project. Thank you, Steve, Mike and all involved.

Well, what can I say…. It’s hard to find genuine firms in the building trade but Steve and the team are amazing. It’s the second time I have used them, the first being 11 years ago and the latest, last month in 2025. They have only got better with time. A building firm that is on time, trustworthy and courteous. They do what they can say, rather than what you want to hear. Just realistic timelines and honesty. We have just had SSH Construction complete an extension on our house. Mike was great from the get go of getting a quote, the workmanship is 1st class and the guys became part of the family for the duration of the build. Steve was on site every day to check on progress and you were kept informed of all aspects of the job. If you want a hassel free, on time quality build SSH are the builders to use. Gemma
