Staff were friendly and helpful
Bought 2 Italy charms for my granddaughters after taking them there on holiday. 1 of them was obviously faulty as all the enamel fell out 5 weeks later. I tried to return but didn’t have my receipt. I asked them to track it using my transaction code from my bank statement but they wouldn’t entertain it. Manger was adamant that all her staff are trained to tell customers there’s no refunds or exchange without receipt.
