Tasty lil cupcakes! – My sister Nancy and I actually went to the Sprinkles in Fashion Island, Newport Beach. When we arrived there the line to go inside was LONG!...but we were on a mission to taste them so we stoically waited about 10mins...argh Finally we managed to wedge ourselves inside...we purchased 4 of them to share/eat..(YEAH!) BEST CUPCAKES IN THE WORLD!!!! – Sprinkles has the BEST cupcakes ever. Even though the line is always long, it is well worth the wait. I usually buy a dozen cupcakes to take home with me. I wish they had more locations though. I recommend the "Red Velvet" cupcake for first-timers!
great all week long – when I go to sprinkles I usually get 7 or 8 to last my hubby & i thru the week ( we've been spliting one to save on calories and to make the magic last longer) Just pop them in the fridge and they are good all week long just take them out a few hours before you want to eat it. the moistness maintains!!! Once you go to sprinkles once you'll be back!!!
All hype. – I wanted some for Mother's day. What a disappointment. It goes to show what marketing can do for a business. None of the flavors were good, and the icing was worse.
glad sprinkles lives up to the hype – Yes there is a long line, but that's no big deal if you expect it, so expect it!!! the cupcakes are little pieces of heaven, I would liek to request some of the workers more a little faster, one guy was movign the oppisite of warp speed yesterday. but the cakes~ yummy!!!
Rob a bank if you have to... – This is the ultimate cupcake. Believe me when I say: Sprinkles is hard to beat. I didn't even know I liked coconut until I had their coconut cupcake (my mouth is watering just thinking about it). They've nailed it: soft, moist, dense (but not too dense) cake, with a creamy, thick frosting. Mmmm...so yummy. Flavor is right on. Great cupcakes – The cupcakes at sprinkels just melt in your mouth. I bought a dozen for my daughters birthday with her friends and the disapered with in seconds.
Good cupcakes but long lines – I've personally never really liked cupcakes just because I've always thought it was something you can make yourself. And I never really understood why my friends were so crazy about Sprinkles until I decided to give it a try last year. I had their Red Velvet and I almost melted. Totally worth it – These cupcakes are insane! My favorite so far is the carrot and ginger lemon. You can tell their not made with artificial ingredients and always super fresh. The dark chocolate is a little too bittersweet for me but the vanilla cake is so moist and has an intense vanilla flavor. They are a treat and totally worth less than what I would normally pay for a cup of coffee.
