Not great at all – The cupcakes are overrated and they claim to be the first cupcake bakery? Did they invent cupcakes? My friend makes a better cupcake and i hear that they are suing every cupcake bakery out there. I don't believe that "dot" is too original. As far as I am concerned I thought it was a TARGET product and it didn't really taste that good. What do celebrities know, definitely not quality

The Emperor has no clothes – The emperor has no clothes. Think about it people. Sprinkles is not worth the price, the wait. Someone even had their pet dog in the store. I complained to the manager. They said they didn?t want to offend anyone, and let the dog stay. There is a reason for not allowing pets into food establishments, it?s called a health code for a reason.

Seriously? – Why do people go to this place? The cupcakes are too rich, too expensive, and way overrated. Flavorless grease is the best descriptive. Why on earth is this place so popular? The service is very good, but seriously, you'd be better off making your own cupcakes at home....think about it...you can make 24 for the price of 1. I realize cupcakes aren't a healthy food option, but when the grease from the cupcake lingers on my lips even after I've wiped my mouth, we've got a problem. Take it down a notch, Sprinkles...... read more

Red V elvet!! Worth the wait! – We order these cupcakes for the office all the time. I love the red velvet. Part of the fun is waiting in line and trying to decide what cupcake to order. I always order two different kinds when I'm there. Another favorite is the pumpkin cupcake. I'm a healthy guy who works out a lot but I always make an exception for this place. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere.

Love the cupcakes, but hate the wait. – I go to sprinkles very often to pick up cupcake for my kids. We all love the cupcake, but hate the wait. Parking is also horrible. Their staff is friendly and nice, but a bit on the young side, so they get sidetracked many times, as customers are waiting (maybe that's why the wait is so long). But overall, I'll still come back time & time again for the amazing cupcakes, I just wish it was a little more worry free.

Sprinkles cupcakes are as bad as everyone says – First, let me say I can't believe I waited in line with all the Stepford Wives of Dallas just to eat a dry and completely uninteresting cupcake. The chocolate was ridiculously dry and if I didn't have to deal with an unfriendly airhead girl at the cash register, I would have asked for my money back. And what's the deal with those disgusting circles on the top of the cupcake? The first clue that I shouldn't have put them in my mouth was when I saw a trail of them outside of the... read more

Whimsical boutique lures sweet tooths with 20 weekly flavors of homemade treats. – In Short Cocoa brown walls, recessed lighting and a glass-top bar create a clean, postmodern take on a traditional bakery. Except at this place, everyone from soccer moms to agents (okay, agents' assistants) line up in front of the shoebox-sized space lined with trays full of cupcakes baked throughout the day. Recipes call for real lemons and premium vanilla, and the finished products are topped with playful confections or chocolate sprinkles ... read more

Dry, Dry, Dry – So I decided to finally try a Sprinkles Cupcake since I was in the shopping center. It wasn't busy at all. But after I tasted a cupcake, I understood why...the cupcake was so dry! I couldn't believe it. I told my coworkers about my visit and they hadn't even heard of Sprinkles. Is Sprinkles having 'internal' issues?? Maybe they are growing too fast, I don't know, but this Dallas store has been here for a while. Anyway, I'm so disappointed that I was, well, disappointed! Oh well.

Over rated. – So I don't get all the hype over Sprinkles Cupcakes. They're over priced, over rated and over crowded. They're pretty and all, but thats about it. The parking situation isn't good and the line into the itty bitty shop is always horrible. My biggest dissapointment was the Red Velvet...You call THAT a red velvet?!?! It tasted just like a chocolate cupcake. Nothing special. For all the hype this place gets, I just don't get it. They're just average...
