Stayed there this weekend following a swift exit from another venue that was not up to par. After a quick call direct to Springfields the team soon found us a family room as there was 2 adults one child. Hotel sits in lovely grounds and has fabulous facilities. All of the team we met were all very friendly. We did have an issue with hot water in our room but the team offered us options which was fair. We made use of the pool and other facilities. Very good Hotel. The pool water could has been a little bit hotter. But overall very nice. Breakfast service is very limited, they only served bread and croissants, not pancakes options for kids

Yes, this is a good place to take a breather from London. The staff is wonderful, and our room was perfect. As for the location, I was able to drive all around that beautiful area Southeast Britain. It is a perfect hub

Very nice hotel and grounds. The food was good and the room we had was adequate. Generally the pool and spa was good but the changing rooms and the steam room could do with a refresh. Would go back though as overall impressed.
