The ER here sucks! I am 31 weeks pregnant and had an asthma attack & they treated me like my life was not important. I'm standing here choking and they were steady asking questions instead of helping me. I'm suppose to deliver here, but I'm strongly reconsidering! I'm about to leave and go to urgent care!!!!!
What a shit show. Lost CT scans, 7 hour ER wait and counting. Inept staff and every one you ask lies about answers to get you off their back.
Everything was good to go 5 hrs after waiting to see what diagnosis was for my girlfriend. Then 5 hours of ridiculous waiting just to be discharged is extremely frustrating. If the nurses would stop chitchatting with their buddies maybe most patients wouldn't be so upset at the moment. A eldery person checked in at 5 and has been waiting 4 hrs for an xray only to be told they gonna ask a doctor to get his xray ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!! Unfair treatment here. This seasoned nurse of 18 years and retired, disabled Veteran was extremely short of breath with sudden onset of coughing. I had the flu, but didn't know it. The hot flashes that followed about an hour later, making me look like I had just come out of my pool, probably should have given me a clue, but all I new is I needed to get to an emergency room. Was in the ER yesterday sent by Dr Newman to get admitted & prepared for surgery in the evening ER was busy but kudos to Dinno & Rebecca so helpful & Agnes back ER nurse...& of course the entire surgical staff was awesome very pleased :)
My husband had an appendectomy on 11-4. We are impressed. Everybody was just great.
I give my prayers my love and my hope but I know God will do his work this day in age the way the medicine is will cure our little girl beautiful girl Christina I'm very proud of you I hope you guys went and seen her yesterday and every day love mom and me
I hope for anyone that has to be here alone that you can fend for yourself! My Dad had a stroke and was brought here. He is supposed to be checked every 2 hours, if it weren't for my Mom being able to be here all day, he would be left unattended. My Dad is not able to speak or tell them he needs anything... The nurses should be ashamed of the way the treat patients. I would not recommend anyone come here unless you have someone that cares to stay with you every day all day!!
I had the most wonderful experience at the Spring Valley ER this morning having gone in to have my stitches removed. The customer service was incredible amongst everyone we encountered. Thank you for making a not-so-pleasant experience actually quite pleasant!
