My poor sister had a big surgery and the nursing she received was horrible on the 4th floor! Shameful!!!!!

Nurse used no gloves and had dirty finger nails. Spots that appeared to be blood on floor and wall. Nurse told me his life story and interrupted me when i tried to talk. He also told me stuff about two other patients in other rooms. The doctor said i had a slight UTI but couldn't tell me if that was why I passed out. Then I was sent home dizzy, alone and having to drive myself! My mother was brought here by ambulance when we were on vacation and I must say.... I was so impressed with the staff and care she was given. Also for how they treated me ! It was scary and I was all alone and they comforted me as well. They were my support ;) forever grateful !!!
