The hospital is clean, nursing staff was attentive. They put me in the Observation ward a part of the ER the staff was so loud all night yelling to each and banging things. No rest.
I was sent to Spring Valley by an Urgent Care in Centennial Hills and unexpectedly admitted through the ER. For a not so great start it was a terrific experience. The facility & the room were brand new, tastefully appointed and the room had a sleep chair if someone wanted to stay. Every staffer during my 3+ day stay was compassionate, professional, efficient and attentive. The daily special food was great - the roast pork was delicious and the fettuccine alfredo was too!
Thank you to all the nurses in Labor and delivery you ladies are awesome!! And to the postpartum nurses made my stay there with my daughter very comfortable
When I checked in everything was fine the doctors and nurses worked at fast paste my Dr. Toledo was awesome, woke up from surgery the nurses that was helping with my operation great, only thing I didn't like was after leaving the recovery room, I was transported to my room and the male nurses I had they were awful. I never had male nurses and it was a bad experience for the first time. They didn't come to check on me, bring my meds when it was time to take them I had to go off just to get the male nurse Ben to come to my roo... read more
Had my surgery at Spring Valley hospital and there nurses expect one of the nurses was nice they treated me well
They liers and i guess what goes on in Vegas stay in vegas. They dnt wnt no bad business so they stick together and mk things more than what it is old bastards lol
It's been an hour since my mom has asked for pain medication for a broken neck. But hey they got her vitals. If you come here and have to be admitted good freakin luck.
