I was brought in by ambulance. ER was really busy and I knew I wasn't a priority since I had just banged my head on glass partition at the airport and almost blacked out from pain. It took about 15 minutes before they got me out of the emergency entrance and into a room in the ER. The EMT had to clean the room and make the bed. Had outpatient procedure Tuesday and came home today. Everyone from start to finish was caring and helpful. The facility is clean and the private rooms are wonderful. Will definitely use this facility in the future.
At first I was not so sure. Kinda needing a vacuum here and there, then having my wife in the ER for just about 24 hours, but since this morning, I have to say...very professional, excellent care, good doctors, awesome nurses. All in all, pleased.
It's sad to see so many negative reviews about this hospital. I had surgery there in September, and had a great experience. Went into the ER yesterday and got right in. The nurses and my doctor were very nice. The er was super busy, but I still got the care I needed, and I was there for 7 hours. I too, was in my clothes, and not a hospital gown, but there was one provided. I chose to stay in my clothes. ...more comfortable. Anyhow, I had a great experience and will definitely choose this hospital in the future. Thank you!

My wife's step father is in this hospital waiting for the initial Surgeon to come back in and unblock a feeding tube that has been blocked since this afternoon. The nurses can not track him down and have left messages for him for this same period of time. I am extremely pissed off with this pathetic hospital which doesn't seem to be that concerned about someone who is recovering from surgery for the last five days for stomach cancer. I had surgery on 11-25 -16 my first time in hospital in my 62 years , I had my left knee replace , friendly staff , every one was nice , I have right knee surgery schedule for 12-30-16 , hope my experience will be the same as before.
My husband had surgery here on the 14 th. Dr.'S and nurses have been amazing! The only complaint I have is that when I had to take him back, due to a complication of no ones fault, the man and the lady at the front desk ( the afternoon /evening on the 27 th), were not friendly at all. Never spoke or looked at us except to ask a couple questions. Very cold and rude to us and others who were coming in!
