Other than the ED, this is a complete & total disaster. My father has been in for 3 days, still hasn't been treated for his CHIEF COMPLAINT!!!! Are you just trying to milk his insurance? He's a relatively easy to take care of case, so I suspect that the floor nurses can't be bothered to push to make sure his procedure is scheduled. I mean why give up an easy bed to monitor when you risk actually having to work? Lazy! I do have to give credit to Spring Valley Hospital. � The doctors, nurses, transporters everyone treated me so nicely. I love that I had a nurse with me all thru recovery. The anesthesiologist was so awesome. The surgeon was incredible. Thank you for being such an incredible team. �
Very good at what they do. Nothing but a positive experience despite the circumstances. Must say honestly, the best I have been treated of all of the hospitals that I have unfortunately been at. Top notch.
I had my first ever surgery. Broken ankle. The staff were very friendly and reassuring and made me feel more at ease about my procedure.
Hands down.... Carolina on the 4th floor is absolutely amazing. How compassionate and helpful she was! Thank you.
Horrible. Dirty. Unorganized. No sense of empathy or kindness. Poorly staffed.
