I have been in the hospital for 6 days and still waiting for descent room. Staying at the over flow area with not been able to sleep because of the noice and light's. After thyroidectomy and having mood changes I wish someone can understand.
This is only referring to the ER. The staff there acts like the patients are merely an inconvenience that interrupts their socializing. Itis clear in nearly all their attitudes that they believes patients are there to serve them and not the other way around. I would like to give a special shout out to nurse Jaclyn who is among the least pleasant people I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. My pregnant daughter and I arrived after an episode of her passing out. Not sure what to expect at our arrival. The staff was so friendly, helpful and compassionate. They assured us that everything would be fine. Even though the emergency room was busy, they were checking on everyone, explaining to all patients what all was being done for them. I will recommend them to anyone!
Ms. Jo the emergency room RN was exceptional! She was patient very compassionate and showed five star service. As busy as she was, she always attended to my mother and made sure she was comfortable at all times.
