They were all very nice there. My uncle had surgery. I would recommend that hospital.
I delivered my son at The Birthplace on April 9th and had an amazingly positive experience! The labor and delivery staff was very accomodating and kind... Myra, Jessica, Amy and Rose are superstars! I had one other nurse in recovery that was amazing but I forgot her name haha.. Maybe it was Brandy? In general, we didn't encounter anyone that we wish we hadn't. It's the cleanest hospital I have ever been to! It's really sad I have had several surgeries there this year including yesterday and the nurses sit around and are so wrapped up in there personal on goings the patient does get the full attention we deserve and that we pay to have ! Yesterday I got sent home with no knowledge from the nurse on why I fee the way I do and what was going on with my body and they failed to take out the iv so I got home and my husband had to do it! I don't know where to start! All I can say is how grateful I am with the whole team at Spring Valley Hospital. From admissions to the team that got me setup in my room and the student nurse with her trainer drawing blood and setting up for possible IV very kind and attentive. The technician for the chest x-ray and technician for lung scan also very kind and attentive. Thank you for everything you did for me yesterday. You guys are the best!
Surgical team is great, the Birthplace is great, the 2nd floor ICU is dumb. Nurses in ICU didn't know what to do when a conscious person actually shows up and can breathe on her own. No communication at all within the ICU.
