Shame on you to the nurse/doctor that treated me like a drunk/druggie. Who yelled at me when I couldn't stand to pee in a cup and then didn't even help me on top of that. Oh turns out I had vertigo and you were wrong. No drugs or alcohol in my system. You're not the type of person who should be working with sick people. Find a new career please.

I thought my visit there was great until I met with my doc today. The ER doc not only scared the crap out of me but was totally off in his diagnosis....they had me do urinalysis, blood work and cat scan and tell me it was an ovarian issue to follow up with my GYNO when all it was was a UTI!!!! How was this not read in the urinalysis or blood work????? I delivered my child here and had nothing less than a great experience. Will never go here again.
It's clean and the cafeteria food is very inexpensive is good, I like to stop by the cafeteria when I'm early to have breakfast, it's on my way to work.
very friendly staff check in was easy and the experience was easy going, The staff made me feel like a person not just another patient. Thanks for making it less stressful
The staff in the NICU, postpartum, and prep are were amazing! They were just wonderful to me and my family. However, I will never again go to Spring Valley Hospital because of the billing department. They sent out the bills to my old insurance and now I have to call the anesthesiologist, the lab, the radiology, the assistance surgeon, my insurance to have everything rebilled, and in the mean time I am getting bill collection calls all day. Thank you Spring Valley for causing all of this unneeded stress for me and my family. ... read more
The emergency room team were so quick and efficient, they took great care of my Mom. We thought she had a serious head injury that turned out not so bad. Lots of blood and it scared us but they were extremely forthcoming with information and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for putting Mom at ease and fixing her up. You are all superstars, each and every one of you.
