have a factory recall for airbags that I have been calling over for months and keep getting told that the part isn't available. That is, when i can actually reach someone. When forced to leave a voicemail, never get a call back. Just got off the phone with Ford directly, and surprise surprise.... the parts are available and have been. So a formal complaint has been filed with Ford about how lousy and pathetic this service department is. This dealership is a disgrace to the Ford brand and legacy.
