How can you charge ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS to tell a customer their car is unrepairable??? Does this seem wrong to anybody else???? You can't determine a car is unrepairable for maybe a couple hundred dollars, AT THE MOST??? This is NOT service, this is theft!!!

RecommendedI just Purchased my Kia Soul a few weeks ago and it was amazing. I reached out to Cody told him what I was interested in he contacted me Hector. They did what the could i went down to look at it test drove it and I knew that's what i wanted. It was labor day weekend and I went in late Friday so inwasnt expecting to take it until the following week. i was able to do my paperwork and take my new car that day! Aviator delivered one day returned two days later. Held for 25 days. No Diagnosis or prognosis. Became very contentious with the salesman hanging up on me. Then they bounced me around to all the managers. Could not get the GM to acknowledge my communications. I have owned five different Lincolns in succession. MKZ, Navigator, MKC, MKX and Aviator. Paid cash for them all. I feel like a disrespected customer.
Very courteous, the wait time is fast, they check check everything, rotate tires, fill windshield fluid, they let me know how well my tires are wearing...
They take care if you from start to finish!! Absolutely great!!
