My car had a recall issue on it. I called numerous times to schedule I had to call the recall representatives to assist me in getting it scheduled and it took them over a week to get a rep to help and get it scheduled. Terrible customer service.
Overall had a good experience. I knew what I wanted pretty much when I came in. Matt was helpful. Would go to him again. I was disappointed in the fact that I only received one key and a 1/4 tank of gas. I would think for a dealer of this size, 2 keys and a full tank would be a given. Make sure you insist on this if purchasing from them. Other than that, I was satisfied when I left.

i own a '93 mustang lx with a 2.3 liter engine. i had a slow oil leak & i took my car in to replace an oil pan gasket. they recommended i replace the oil pan & gave me an estimate of $900.00 (NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS). i had the gasket replaced along with a new drain plug. the leak is now worse than before i had it 'fixed'. replacing a 50 dollar oil pan & about an hours work and they want to charge 900 dollars. anyway, the leak is now so bad that the car is undriveable. i will NEVER take my car to this place again.
