WORST IN PUEBLO!!! Terrible service!! Car making a horrible clunking noise when shifting into reverse. After 2 weeks of contacting, finally got an appointment. Left 2 phone numbers to be contacted at and no call from shop! I called that afternoon at 4:30 pm and left a voicemail, still no return call! I called ahead to have my tire changed and the service department told me to come on by because they would be there and tell 6 o'clock. I showed up at 5 o'clock and the lemming at the counter tells me that even though service is open until 6 all of their service guys leave at 5 and so there was no one here. 1st of all why even stay open if nobody's going to be there.
