I recently bought a used 2015 Ford Escape. It has three unfixed recalls on it so I took it to Spradley. They fixed the 3 small issues and then did a 30 point free inspection on the car. As I bought the car from another dealership, I was really happy they did this for me and I found out that I bought a sound car. Thank you.

I will never step foot in this dealership or any Spradley dealership again. Your management team is a complete joke. I will be calling Ford Corporate to see if I can speak to someone that cares. Why isn't there a no stars option? Cause you clearly don't even deserve one star.

This place sucks. We have had many problems with them and know many people that have had problems with them. Not to mention the group of cars sales men cussing in the corner. Do not come here !! Especially for repairs they charge and don't do a thing. We got our car "fixed" here and it broke a week later. They didn't say sorry or didn't truly want to compensate for there mistake. I only gave one star because there isn't a choice for zero. I am pissed!!
