Amber is so lovely. A relaxed, clean environment. I don't know much about the body's anatomy, it felt like no question was a stupid question which was awesome. I've left feeling reassured and my mind is settled about why I was experiencing pain. I will definitely be recommending Amber to family and friends.

I had been struggling with a complicated shoulder and upper arm injury for almost 6 months before I visited Amber. Prior to the injury I trained 6 days a week from cross fit to BJJ. After being injured I tried to self manage my rehab but I was struggling due to the pain which was also affecting my sleep. I found Amber when looking for a sports massage therapist that could help with a rather crazy mountain bike challenge. She’s fantastic at listening to the niggles you get when training ramps up and releasing the tension. I like to keep her on her toes with a variety of new areas of tension and she always manages to unravel me!!

I injured my back at work, was in a load of pain found Amber on line went to have treatment with her, i had instant relief from the pain couldn't believe it, would highly recommend very professional 👍👍👍
