Piro was excellent, very informative and great massage. I will definitely be going back to him with any future issues.
My second appointment with Ciaran and I cannot fault the service. Ciaran really takes the time to listen to what you’re saying and asks questions based on your answers rather than assuming he already knows what’s wrong or as the tick box exercise you often get with other physio’s. A lot of attention to detail is given during testing and assessment and I love fact that there is an onsite gym to practice your rehab exercises while being observed to ensure you know what to do once you leave. Aaron worked his magic again!
Aaron has helped me rehab a shoulder injury that I’ve had for nearly 5 years with multiple physios failing to even identify the problem let alone improve it! His sessions were great- always explaining why we were doing exercises and I completely understood the process. I honestly thought I’d never play rugby again and after only 8 weeks of physio I am back to playing (and stronger than ever). Couldn’t recommend enough
I booked in for a deep tissue massage with Maddy (who treated me on my previous visit) but was changed to Niamh the day before. Niamh was as excellent as Maddy had been on my first visit. They both listened beforehand to why I'd booked in (lower back pain on my first visit and tight shoulders on my second!). At the end of each massage I've felt less tension/pain than when I started. Both were friendly and professional and will be a place I won't hesitate to come back to if needed in future
