Fantastic! Helped ease my back pain from an old reoccurring injury and my partners neck pain. My back pain crops up unexpectedly and is such a nightmare. Day after we were both sore but felt better as I had more movement. Normally my partner starts to get neck ache about 20 mins in when we ride out on our motorbikes which means we have to make regular stops, but after the massage from SCT we rode for about an hour before his neck started to ache. Great professional services at a wonderful price :) thank you
Wanted loosening up before an ultra marathon run. Best decision ever made seeing Adrienne. She really knows her stuff and I learnt a lot why certain parts were tighter than others. Definite repeat customer here!
Adrienne is fantastic - I first visited her for pregnancy massage and now, 2 years later, she visits me and my partner once a month to ease all our aches and pains to keep us moving properly. Uses the perfect pressure and always finds the tight muscles, a complete professional but a lovely person too!
