RecommendedI recently had a defect on my steering wheel and took my 2018 Mazda Cx-3 to classic Mazda where my experience was atrocious! They refused to help me and even told me they wouldn’t provide any service to my vehicle in the future. I explained my experience to Stephen here at Sport Mazda and he was extremely helpful! Great store
They are so shady when it comes to selling extended warranty. They straight up LIED on the terms of it. They sold me an extended warranty saying that it will extend 60k miles plus the factory warranty. That was not the case, it expired when the factory warranty was up at 60k. Since I "signed" this sleazy deal they pretty much said I was "out of luck since I signed" and it was "my words against theirs". The buying process was horrible too.
