RecommendedI recently had a defect on my steering wheel and took my 2018 Mazda Cx-3 to classic Mazda where my experience was atrocious! Great store
They are so shady when it comes to selling extended warranty. They straight up LIED on the terms of it. They sold me an extended warranty saying that it will extend 60k miles plus the factory warranty. That was not the case, it expired when the factory warranty was up at 60k. Since I "signed" this sleazy deal they pretty much said I was "out of luck since I signed" and it was "my words against theirs". The buying process was horrible too. Outstanding buying experience all the way around. Fasted purchase ever. Friendly no back and forth. From driving in to leaving in my new car was just under 3 hours.
