They gave me my car back with a dead battery, no or low coolant, and a cracked hose attachment on top of the engine that was poorly glued back and fell off. I will never go back and i will tell my story to any one who might consider using them. The service manager was fine. It was the mechanic that was the problem.
I went in there with poor credit and no idea what I was doing. Not only did Christian helped me out, he was also very honest and very patient and helped me get a good car that I can afford.
I have bought several cars over the years. The sales rep. Jacob was very good and helpful. He sent a video of the car with some questions I had concerning the car. As far as the transaction it was pretty straight up and fast. The Finance guy Rey did not pressure me at all on all the uncharges like extended warranties. He offered and no pressure at all. Went there today and made a reasonable offer on the 2011 BMW they have for $8900, Offered $7500 and they came back with over $11,000 out the door with tax etc..., Whoa $2000 over what they are asking, 699 service fee and another 250 fee for service, 175 to print registration, needless to say we walked and wont be ever going back with those type of numbers...they could sell their cars for a loss and still make money with all their fees....
My experience with this dealership was excellent! They were willing to negotiate and patient with me trying to find options and shop around! I worked with both Ernest and Jenifer! In the end the Mazda6 I wanted was already sold but I was able to buy a Mazda3 from them with similar features! Overall, they made car buying a great experience!
