RecommendedMr.Ruiz killed it,great guy ,worked super hard for us. This is our 2nd car from Sport Mazda, never had an issue.
Sales rep was very patient and kind. They definitely didn’t do what they advertise on trade in value. Sales manager definitely did not try to negotiate or even come close to my bottom line. Disappointed by their lack of effort. They don’t offer any incentives or rebates so no deal.
I had a very bad experience with Sports Mazda around 2 or so years ago in regards to service and did not come back till last week, In their defense, I could of resolved this much sooner, but they made things right. I really appreciate the service of Nick, Natalie and Stephen for rectifying the situation and treating me like a valued customer. I got my first Mazda cx 5
They did me Dirty, Service Department system sucks and don't do anything to your car and always say there's nothing wrong when there really is. They wanted to Charge me extra the Lifetime Warranty that it's supposed to come already with the car since they always anounce it. The Mazda 3 are very crappy cheap cars and once you get it out the lot New automatically you will lose more then $7,000 Value. Mazda does not hold any Value at all like they say they do. I Don't Recommend Mazda at all.
Service and Sales departments are great! Bought my 2018 Mazda 6 here and it was a pleasant experience.
What a great experience we had a sport Mazda! We walked out with the car we wanted in just a few hours. Coming from a BMW we where able to get all of the BMW perks with out paying 3 times the price for it. Thank you Dan and family.
