Total bait and switch. They confirmed my appointment twice then “sold the car” in the twelve hours between confirming appointments and me driving there to buy it. Good thing I called mid way through my 3 hour drive from out of town or I would’ve shown up to find it was gone. Is it so hard to have your own system notify you when a vehicle sells that you have appointments for? Tried to work with getting me approved for a 2013 edge, Drove to the dealership 3 times spoke to Marilyn, Jenny and Ernest. It would have been nice to get a callback or email back letting me know if I wasn’t approved or if I was.

Was able to agree in a price before the 2 hours drive. However the reprocess first some reason still took over 4 hours. Each person I dealt with individually was great, the transition people them desperately needs help. Was ready to walk out without the vehicle because of it.
This was one of my best car buying experiences. I had 2 months left on my lease and was just shopping around, I had no intention of driving home in a new car. Everything just fell into place with rebates, equity in my current leased car (that has never happened in my 20 years of leasing) and Jacob was very knowledgeable and answered every question.
