I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and the lovely atmosphere the staff provided! It made my day so much better. I had such a brilliant experience with Spoilt at Smiths from start to finish. In the lead-up to the wedding, they were so kind and helpful over email and the phone—always quick to respond and genuinely lovely to deal with. It made the whole process really easy and stress-free. On the day itself, they were just as friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere while getting ready was really relaxed and full of laughs, which made such a difference to the morning. I had the most amazing time at Spoilt. Sharon and Kelly are beyond wonderful. Both calmed my nerves and made look more bridal than I could have hoped for, really felt beautiful on my big day due to these two brilliant girls I cannot thank the girls enough. The salon has the most beautiful vibe all round great start to my wonderful wedding day at Gretna xxx
