The staff were extremely polite, and they even rescheduled my appointment upon request, which I appreciated. However, the service itself was quite disappointing. I asked for my nails to be trimmed slightly, but they were cut far too short. I had requested a round shape, and instead she did them square. When I asked why, she said, “Otherwise they’ll be too tiny.” Well of course they look tiny—you cut them too short! I usually never leave reviews, but I felt I had to after my experience at Splash yesterday. I went in for a shellac manicure, and honestly, it was really disappointing. The quality is shockingly poor I have never had a service this bad. The photos clearly show. Only a day has passed and it’s just pealing off. To make things worse, the attitude of the staff was careless and sloppy. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
