Stayed at the family room, a bit old and need renovation. Location is great for visiting Alton Tower.
The staff was lovely except for one I belive his name was jereal who was absurdly rude saying profanity and spewing such rude words infront of and to my kids (10 and 6) I have no choice but to leave a review however rest of the trip was lovely
a staff member was EXTREMELY rude to my husband, my children and myself. we managed to get his name i believe it was jereal he was rude to countless other familes and vistors there. he was using profound language; many slurs. he was extremely impolite and we did NOT expect service and we expect serious consequences for that young man.
The bar manager with the long hair was amazing, advised us on what deals there were and helped the kids choose mocktails! x
The splash park is excellent and the staff are nice but the food is terrible and the room had no AC and the fan wasn’t working
