I wasn't sure about joining this gym after reading sobre of the negative reviews. Me and my partner have been using the gym since October and we are very satisfied. The pool area is nice and the water is always at the right temperature. We used to swim in Everyone Active but the water was freezing...in both Hemel and Harpenden. The gym area is not massive but just perfect for us. It's got all the machines and weights that we need for our workouts. Also the staff is great.
