Had a discussion of what I would like done and given advice and products on what they would use to wash my hair . Through out there was an explanation of why something was used. Had a head massage, a lovely cup of coffee and a choice of snack which I thought was a lovely touch . I came out feeling pampered .

On entering, I was impressed with the friendly staff and the deco, Ruby was my trainee hair stylist and made me feel at ease straight away. She listened to me and what I wanted. She explained everything she was doing and why. Ruby was supervised throughout the cut but was confident in her work. My fringe was a mess due to my home cutting and Ruby soon had my hair looking and feeling fabulous. Well done Ruby

I had the best visit to the hair salon today. Although ruby is still learning. It’s been one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. Everything was with such precision. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be returning. I love my new hair cut so much. She even helped me with how to style it at home.

visitedthe salon yesterday for a much needed cut and blowdry and chose 1 of the student stylists to assist me. I spent 2 hours in total relaxation and im very very happy with the result. not only was she very friendly and professional so asked me about the current state of my hair and scalp and listened to any concerns I had. I can't remember her name but she had pink hair. she is a credit to your company. thank you
