RecommendedHad lumbar lamectomy surgery 3/11/20, and happy I did. I was uncomfortable about the procedure until I spoke with Dr Francis saying I will feel better. I’m still sore because it had been only 10 days. The pain I had before is not there. I’m optimistic about it and thanks to Dr Francis for starting me on my way.
Dr. Francis and his team are true professionals!! They performed a C5-C7 fusion for me a few weeks back and through this entire journey I have no complaints. My experience included low wait times for appointments, up to date facilities with comfortable seating, information readily available regarding spine health, treatment, recovery and the friendliest staff you can ask for that really treat you like family. I had surgery on my neck on 2/12/2220 and it was a great experience. Dr Francis is a great surgeon and a joy to work with. He replaced two disc my 5 to 6 and 6 to 7. Thanks for what you do.
Dr. Francis has given my husband a better quality of life after back surgery a week ago. Dr. Francis was very thorough and really cares about his patients. His staff is awesome. Everyone was really helpful and there to help with any questions. I've decided to use Dr Francis for my cervical stenosis. I have seen how compassionate he is about his work and have total confidence.
Meeting Dr. Francis was truly an experience I will never forget. The information he shared with me about the pain I’m having in my lower back enlightened me to understand what was causing the pain. The test that he prescribed and the same day results were the best. Didn’t have to wait three or four days. I would highly recommend Dr. Francis to anyone who suffers back pain.
