DR Francis was very informative and let me take my time through very painful back spasms during my exam and MRI which was very painful. I look forward to him permanently taking care of my spline problem

I have had 3 different back surgeries dating back to my time in the Marine Corps. I was injured in Afghanistan which was the beginning of what would be years of back and nerve pain. The staff was very efficient .A lot was accomplished on my first visit.Dr. Francis has very good bedside manners and explains everything in detail.

The staff is very friendly, accommodating and are willing to answer any questions that you may have before the surgery. Once the surgery is complete if you have any issues or questions Dr. Francis is easy to contact and willing to help with any situation which may arise
