I found dr Francis personable and informative. I came away feeling confident about the process. It took a whole afternoon for my initial appointment. I felt that this was much too long particularly for those needing to get back to work. I needed to call back to make changes. It took 24 hrs to get a call back.
Dr. Francis and the entire staff are phenomenal! I was seen in the Houston office by referral on short notice, tests were performed that same day, and surgery was scheduled within a week's time. The office is extremely busy, the wait times can be long, yet every member of the team goes out of her/his way to provide highly competent and one-on-one personalized care. I highly recommend Dr. Francis and Spine Associates!
I met Dr Francis by recommendation. I was not sure what was wrong with me. He struck me as a very caring person. So he ran tests and bad news. I needed spine surgery- i was very confident in his ability. He fixed me!!! I was so scared I would spend my life crippled. But now i have my life back !!! First visit. I walked in to my appointment with a lot of pain almost in tears. Dr. Francis knew right away I was in a lot of pain so he asked his assistant to give me a injection to help with my pain. In less than ten minutes my pain went away and I was able to do the MRI and I had to see him again so he can explained what was wrong with me. Dr. Francis is very thorough in his explanation of what’s wrong and what needs to be done to fix the problem. Wonderful experience with Dr. Francis and his staff.
