Dr. Francis is very thorough, and I feel he is going to take good care of me.
The only negative is the patient wait times; but that is because he is thorough and takes care of the patient and ensures understanding and explains all his findings.
Dr. Francis is a great dr he has helped my pain go away it’s so hard to be a mom in pain all the time thanks to him I’m able to be out of pain n keep up with my kids
I was very skeptical to try Spine Associates. After making a decision to try them I was so impressed with the service. The waiting area was so clean and comfortable I was again impressed. When I finally was examined by Dr.Francis I felt as if he could heal me by just touching me. But that’s not the case, he has a very interesting procedure that may get you, “Back To Normal “
My experience with Spine Associates is outstanding. After doing some research and getting opinions from a few specialist that surgery was required, determining who you wanted to perform the operation became challenge number two. I was very pleased with the professionalism I received.I would recommend anyone that is in need of this services to give them I call .He paid close attention to my complaint and went right to the problem .i was blown away with his knowledge I want him to keep talking.He educated me about backs and spins I never new ,Impressive!
i had neck surgery 3 months ago spinal fusion of 3 disc and its been the best thing i could have ever done. i have dealt with headaches, arm and shoulder pain for over 2 yrs. i was going to the wrong doctors. i am blessed i found Dr. Francis. He is amazing. He gave me my life back.
